Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Director, Solutions Architecture EMEA to lead and scale our regional solutions architecture function. You will partner with regional Sales, define the operating model across multiple markets, and drive excellent technical leadership and business value for customers.

You will build and empower teams while staying close to customers, technology and strategic opportunities, with flexibility to work remotely from Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven people-management experience, including hiring, coaching and developing leaders.
• Leading customer-facing technical teams across EMEA.
• Experience building, scaling and operating regional Solutions Architecture organizations.
• Player-coach mentality to operate at leadership and execution levels.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and coach a high-performing Solutions Architecture team across multiple countries and markets in EMEA.
• Own the engagement model for EMEA in close partnership with regional Sales leadership.
• Establish priorities, operating mechanisms and performance expectations.
• Develop and scale the organization with hiring and leadership development.
• Engage CIOs, CTOs and other senior stakeholders across strategic customers.
• Influence Nebius product and technology roadmap with customer insights.
