Job summary

Saviynt is seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering, EMEA, to lead the regional Solutions Engineering & Strategy team. You will shape go-to-market, engage with enterprise accounts, and drive measurable regional revenue growth while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.

Based in Europe (London, Netherlands, or Germany) with remote work and travel, you will enable teams, craft content, and articulate business value for complex deployments across PAM, Identity Governance, and

Qualifications

Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
Domain expertise in PAM, Identity Governance and Administration, App GRC, and/or Cloud Security.
Minimum of five years in Solutions Engineering Management with cloud security and related solutions.
Bachelor's degree in information systems or related area, or relevant certifications.
Ability to travel up to 60% domestically with occasional international travel.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to apply knowledge in customer-facing environments.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of the Solutions Engineering & Strategy team through enablement and scaling.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, positioning solutions for enterprise buyers.
Lead customer discovery and translate findings into deployment approaches.
Develop high-quality written deliverables across the sales cycle.
Collaborate with product management for RFP responses and field feedback.
Deliver deployment strategy and facilitate workshops focused on strategic vision.
Partner with sales leadership to manage and close regional opportunities.
Coordinate with delivery teams for pre-sales artifacts and smooth handoffs.
