Job summary

ARC’TERYX is seeking a Wholesale Merchandise Planner for the EMEA region. You will own the merchandise financial plan, translating sell-in targets into seasonal plans and coordinating across demand, supply, and commercial teams to balance revenue, margin, and inventory.

You will develop deep expertise in OTB management, scenario analysis, and cross-functional plan integration, surfacing risks early and linking financial signals to decisions in a dynamic data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in Merchandise Financial Planning, Financial Planning, or Demand Planning with exposure to sales, margin and inventory.
• Strong understanding of top-down and bottom-up planning across wholesale channels.
• Strong wholesale performance metrics knowledge including bookings, sell-in, sell-through, inventory productivity and gross margin.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills with data analytics and visualization.
• Experience with planning tools such as o9, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Oracle (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build fiscal and seasonal wholesale merchandise financial plans aligned to sell-in strategies and account targets.
• Manage OTB in wholesale demand and inventory targets.
• Assess financial impacts of account mix, pricing, and investments to support growth and profitability.
• Contribute to scenario and risk planning across wholesale channels.
• Monitor in-season performance and reforecast based on sell-in, sell-through, and account behavior.
• Monitor orderbook performance, sell-in trends, cancellations, reorders and shipment risks.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Demand, Supply, Inventory, Merchandising, FP&A and Commercial teams.
• Present financial plans, forecasts, risks, and opportunities to regional leadership.
