EMEA Demand Planning Manager — Forecasting & IBP

Job summary

ARC’TERYX is seeking an experienced Manager, Demand Planning - EMEA to own the regional demand forecast, lead the monthly IBP Demand Review, and align forecasts with the Merchandise Financial Plan and inventory constraints. You will reconcile top-down targets with SKU-level plans and drive continued maturity of planning processes and tools.

You will build and lead a high-performing regional team, applying statistical rigor and commercial judgment to improve forecast accuracy and cross-channel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 5-8+ years in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Merchandise Planning, preferably in a DTC or omnichannel retail environment.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; translate demand signals into forecasts.
• Experience with advanced planning tools and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Owning the regional demand planning process and consensus demand plan across the 0-18-month horizon, ensuring alignment between statistical forecasts, commercial assumptions, and financial objectives
• Leading the Demand Review in the monthly IBP forum, driving alignment between top-down financial targets and bottom-up SKU forecasts
• Aligning demand forecasts with merchandise financial plan targets and inventory planning constraints, and reconciling where gaps exist
• Establishing governance of demand planning processes, ensuring forecast assumptions, risks and opportunities are aligned, documented and communicated consistently across the organization
• Continuously improving forecast accuracy through root cause analysis, driving optimization of demand planning processes and tools within the regional demand planning tool suiteLeading, developing, and building capability within the regional demand planning team
