Job summary

HARMAN, a world leader in audio technology, is hiring a Data Analyst for Pure Players in the EMEA region. Based at our Amsterdam EMEA Headquarters, you will build dashboards and reports, analyze Amazon Retail and Advertising performance, and provide actionable insights to drive data-driven decisions.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and Supply Chain teams, contribute to forecasting, and enhance reporting tools and data models.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, eCommerce or a related field.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Experience working with large datasets and creating meaningful insights.
• Familiarity with Amazon tools such as Vendor Central or Advertising Console is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear communication skills and ability to explain data simply.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports and performance trackers using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Analyse Amazon Retail and Advertising performance to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Support weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews through data preparation and insight generation.
• Assist in forecasting, post-campaign analysis and performance measurement.
• Ensure data quality and support the automation of recurring reporting processes.
• Translate business questions into clear analyses and recommendations.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to support decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools, data models and analytics capabilities.
