Job summary

Horizon3 in Amsterdam seeks an early-career Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up across EMEA. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, legal, policy, and operations teams while building scalable outreach programs and continuing to expand Horizon3’s customer base.

You will use tools like Outreach.io, Zoominfo, and Salesforce CRM, stay informed about product details, and contribute to a high-velocity sales culture. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of experience in a Sales Development role.
• Experience in information security, cybersecurity, or SaaS space.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of online privacy, security standards, and product compliance.
• Experience with Outreach.io, Zoominfo, and Salesforce CRM.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities by outbound calls, compelling emails, social media, and multiple channels.
• Promptly follow up inbound leads to ensure opportunities aren’t missed.
• Use professional communication to create strong first impressions and attract customers.
• Coordinate with reps using tools like LinkedIn Navigator and similar platforms.
• Manage scheduling and calendaring for sales calls and emails.
• Keep track of leads and follow up with agility.
