Job summary

AIRS Medical is seeking a remote, full-time Business Operations Manager for EMEA to drive day-to-day commercial operations across the region. You will bridge Commercial, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, HQ Operations, and external partners to move activities from quotation to provisioning and renewal.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in operations, strong cross-functional skills, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in business or commercial operations.
• Experience supporting B2B operations across multiple countries.
• Familiar with quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, renewals, and order-to-cash.

Responsibilities

• Quote & order management from quotations to handover.
• Coordinate order processing and license provisioning.
• Manage invoicing and aging receivables with Finance.
• Oversee renewals and partner/distributor operations.
• Coordinate new market readiness across teams.
• Own day-to-day cross-functional operations and bottleneck resolution.
• Establish owners and deadlines for scalable processes.
