Merit Medical Systems is seeking a Business Support Specialist to back the executive leadership team in EMEA, with a focus on data-driven reporting and project support. The 9-month onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate data into actionable insights, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the executive team.

You will prepare reports, coordinate strategic projects, and manage calendars and travel while supporting cross‑departmental

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in supporting senior leadership or executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team in EMEA.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate project plans and monitor timelines and deliverables.
• Support cross-departmental initiatives and event planning.
• Manage complex calendars and travel arrangements for executives.
• Act as primary contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Organize confidential files and streamline communication streams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
