Job summary

You will provide independent insights and support decision-making through robust analysis, planning, forecasting and performance management. You will work closely with regional leaders to support sustainable growth, operational excellence and effective execution of strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or related field.
• Experience in business controlling and FP&A.
• Ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in complex, international organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making and build partnerships.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in an international environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and data triangulation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor performance against plans, budgets, forecasts and objectives, providing insights and recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders on strategy development, execution and performance tracking.
• Deliver financial analyses that identify opportunities for improvement and growth across the region.
• Coordinate budgeting and control activities, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Prepare and present management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of information.
• Lead and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Challenge and validate forecasts to improve outcomes.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across functions and countries to promote planning and financial awareness.
• Support risk management, governance and compliance processes where relevant.
• Act as a co-pilot to drive performance, accountability and value creation.
