Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. seeks an Agriculture Controller to lead the financials of our Agricultural/Potato operations in Breda. You will partner with the Agricultural team to deliver insights, manage risks, and support close & reporting with a strong compliance focus. Based in Breda/Kruiningen, you will drive forecasts and governance with internal customers across the organization.

Fluent in English and Dutch, 5+ years in controlling in FMCG/Agri required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years in a controlling role in an international environment, preferably FMCG/Agri.
• Strong numeric, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform controlling activities in the Agricultural/Potato area.
• Ensure an independent view of performance with analyses and monitoring of strategy execution.
• Support coherence across the organization with performance management guidelines and internal controls.
• Ensure adequate financial forecasting aligned with processes.
• Ensure adequate management reporting and corporate risk management.
• Deliver on Annual Plans and financial objectives.
