Job summary

Lamb Weston in the Netherlands seeks an FP&A Analyst to support management reporting, forecasting, and planning across EMEA. You will deliver accurate financial information, spot trends, and identify risks and opportunities to drive business performance.

The role involves close collaboration with finance teams, maintaining dashboards, and supporting continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of FP&A, controlling, or similar roles.
Fluency in English and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Perform month-end close and management reporting.
Prepare variance analysis vs. AOP, forecast, and prior year.
Collect, validate, and consolidate financial inputs during forecasting cycles.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
Maintain reports, dashboards, and financial models (Excel, SAP, Power BI).
Support governance and internal controls, and assist with audit requirements.
Collaborate with controllers, finance team and cross-functional teams; provide timely financial information.
