Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Therapy Development Marketing Manager to lead European strategies for referrer engagement, shaping the CATALYST program and driving improved referrals across Europe.

In this role, you will partner with country marketing and field teams to identify barriers, develop HCP education and engagement initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional programs that align with regional priorities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine or related field with experience in Therapy Development.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement.
• Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap to boost referrals.
• Collaborate with country marketing and field teams to address referral barriers.
• Develop and optimize HCP engagement strategies and education programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, manage budgets and governance.
• Act as strategic partner to Therapy Development leadership for alignment.
