The Role

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer with strong expertise in both analog and digital electronics to support multidisciplinary product development teams.

You will join an innovative engineering department responsible for the development of advanced hardware platforms, analog and mixed-signal electronics, RF solutions, IoT connectivity modules, power electronics, and highly regulated technology products. The team plays a key role in transforming ideas into functional models, prototypes, and market-ready products.

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex technical challenges in a collaborative and highly professional engineering environment.

Working Conditions

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Preferred 5 days on-site but hybrid possible: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
• Location: Eindhoven region, The Netherlands
• Permanent employment possible after secondment period (12-24 months detavast)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in advanced analog circuit design
• Proven expertise in low-noise, low-power, and high-frequency electronic applications
• Experience within product development environments
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong focus on quality and results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Xpedition for schematic design
• Knowledge of digital circuit design and high-speed electronics
• Experience with Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis
• Understanding of PCB and PCBA industrialization processes
• Experience in developing products for regulated industries, such as medical devices
• Familiarity with relevant safety, compliance, and quality standards
