Job summary

eLstar Dynamics in Eindhoven is seeking an Electronics Lead Engineer to drive our electronics strategy and development. You combine hardware know-how with embedded software and lead a hands-on, cross-disciplinary team from concept through release.

This full-time role is based at our Eindhoven office. You will work with the CTO and other functions to shape PCB, silicon, firmware, and interconnects while contributing to a dynamic startup culture with strong growth potential.

Job description

Are you a passionate hands-on Electronics lead Engineer, eager to push the boundaries of innovation?

As an Electronics Lead Engineer, you are the technical engine behind our electronics strategy and development. You combine in-depth hardware knowledge, embedded software experience, team leadership, and a practical, hands-on approach. You define the strategy of our main electronics systems (including PCBs, electrode array, interconnects, silicon, and firmware) develop these from the first concept, through schematic & layout, up to and including product release. You will work closely with all technical departments and the CTO, taking a leading role in design and integration choices.
