Job description

Eindhoven, The Netherlands | Full-time | 38 hours/week

Build the electronics behind tomorrow’s technology.

Are you an Electronics Engineer who enjoys turning complex technical challenges into real products?

Join a high-tech technology company developing advanced power electronics and electronic systems for demanding industries including semiconductor, medical technology and hydrogen. From the first schematic to a fully validated product, you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on technologies that are shaping the future.

We’re looking for an Electronics Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D team in Eindhoven.

What you’ll do

You’ll be involved in the end-to-end development of electronics for advanced power conversion products. You’ll work closely with engineers from different disciplines and see your designs move from concept to prototype, testing and production.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing electronic circuits and PCBAs for power conversion products
  • Selecting and integrating electronic components
  • Creating and reviewing PCB designs
  • Simulating and analysing designs using tools such as MATLAB and LTspice
  • Developing test plans and specifications and performing hands‑on testing
  • Troubleshooting hardware during prototyping, qualification and system integration
  • Supporting prototype manufacturing and resolving technical issues
  • Contributing to risk management activities such as DFMEA and PFMEA
  • Documenting design decisions, analyses and test results
  • Continuously improving existing products, designs and processes

Depending on your interests and experience, you can grow towards becoming a specialist in areas such as RF, DC/DC conversion, precision analog electronics or other power electronics domains — or develop as a broad electronics engineer across multiple technologies.

What you bring
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related field
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience, including internships or graduation projects
  • A strong interest in analog and digital electronics, power electronics, signal integrity and PCB design
  • Experience with or an interest in simulation and analysis tools such as MATLAB or LTspice
  • Comfortable working with laboratory measurement equipment
  • A curious mindset and genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies
  • A hands‑on approach: you enjoy moving from theory and simulation to actual hardware
  • The ability to take ownership of your work and deliver high‑quality results
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
  • A drive to continuously improve designs, processes and technical solutions

This is an opportunity to work on real, technically challenging products in an environment where engineering is at the heart of what we do.

You can expect:

  • €3,100 – €4,500 gross per month, excluding holiday allowance
  • Performance‑based salary growth
  • Time‑for‑time compensation for additional hours worked
  • A personal development and learning plan tailored to your ambitions
  • Broad career opportunities across different technologies, products and engineering disciplines
  • A young, entrepreneurial and highly innovative working environment
  • Access to an on‑site gym
  • Free lunch, dinner and healthy snacks every day
Interested?

If you’re ready to develop advanced electronics that power the next generation of high‑tech applications, we’d love to hear from you.
