JBT Marel is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge customers, the sales team, engineering and project management, guiding the full quotation to final delivery with a focus on value creation. You will translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions, manage projects from €200K to €8M (up to €25M), and collaborate with global teams to deliver tailored production solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or commercial field.
• Experience in a commercial, coordinating and/or technical role; international experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the full quotation and order process, including budget monitoring.
• Translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions with sales, account managers and global agents.
• Manage projects ranging from €200K to €8M (up to €25M occasionally).
• Collaborate with innovation, layout and installation teams to create tailor-made solutions.
• Develop compelling proposals that lead to successful deals.
• Build internal networks to access the right information and expertise.
