Job summary

Real is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support site operations and engineering projects at their Netherlands manufacturing site. You will act as the electrical SME, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance across electrical systems and utility networks.

Responsibilities include supporting capital investment projects, collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and external partners, and driving continuous improvement in safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of engineering experience in manufacturing/regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch electrical standards (NEN 1010, NEN 3140).

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for electrical systems in manufacturing site operations.
• Support safe, reliable operation of electrical infrastructure and utilities.
• Lead CAPEX and facility improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Review technical documentation and electrical drawings; ensure compliance.
