Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions in the Netherlands seeks an Electrical/E&I Engineer to design electrical installations for energy and industrial projects, covering LV, MV and HV systems, emergency power, lighting, grounding, and protection schemes.

You will translate client needs into practical designs, prepare reports and diagrams, collaborate with clients and teams, and help deliver safe, efficient installations while supporting energy savings and emissions reductions.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of work experience as an Electrical or E&I Engineer.
• Bachelor’s HBO degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to learn Dutch or strong Dutch language skills.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical installations for energy and industrial projects (low-, medium-, high-voltage, emergency power, lighting, grounding, protection).
• Prepare reports, diagrams, layouts and lists; translate client needs into practical designs.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver safe, compliant installations and meet project goals.
