Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks an eCom Operations Manager based in the Netherlands. You will own day-to-day operations, build and optimize SOPs, and coordinate cross-functional eCommerce activities to scale a fast-growing DTC health and wellness business.

You will drive structure, accountability, and practical solutions, with autonomy and visible impact across the organization as the business expands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant operations management experience in a DTC or eCommerce setting.
• Proven experience creating, implementing, documenting, and improving SOPs and systems.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with multiple priorities.
• Experience in fast-growth environments with evolving processes and priorities.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with practical problem-solving abilities.
• Autonomous work style with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve day-to-day operations ensuring priorities, processes and workflows run efficiently.
• Build, document, implement and optimize SOPs, workflows, and internal systems to support scalable growth.
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, and other critical eCommerce ops to maintain business continuity.
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps, develop and implement practical solutions.
• Introduce organization, accountability and structure across teams and processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure project momentum.
• Support recruiting activities including candidate coordination and team growth efforts.
• Continuously evolve operational processes as the business scales.
• Take ownership of operational challenges from identification to execution and resolution.
