Job summary

SKIL B.V. in Breda, Netherlands, is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team.

This newly created role sits at the crossroads of eCommerce and digital marketing, handling marketplaces, optimizing performance, and building scalable processes for growth. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will work with our eCommerce Manager and International team in English, with hybrid work requiring at least three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or online retail/marketplaces.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace platforms (Amazon, Bol, Kaufland or similar); ChannelEngine experience is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical skills - comfortable with Excel and commercial performance analysis
• Fluent English required; Dutch, German, or French is a plus
• An ownership mindset: analytical but pragmatic, proactive, and energized by building things from scratch

• Own day-to-day eCommerce operations across our online sales channels - assortment, content, pricing, promotions, and stock

At SKIL, we're accelerating our digital commerce ambitions across EMEA - and we're looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing team.

This is a newly created role sitting right at the crossroads of eCommerce and digital marketing. You'll be the operational backbone of our digital commerce activities: managing marketplaces, optimizing performance, and helping us build the scalable processes that unlock our next phase of growth.

You'll report to the Head of Digital Marketing and work closely with our eCommerce Manager and eCommerce Project Manager - as part of an international team where English is the main working language.
