Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a Netherlands-based partner, seeks a Head of Operations for a fast-growing eCom DTC brand. You will own the operating infrastructure across supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, and reporting, building scalable processes and leading a 4–6 person leadership team.

You will transition day-to-day execution away from the Founder, collaborate with distributed teams and vendors, and drive proactive problem-solving in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience in a physical-product, e-commerce, or DTC business.
• Experience operating in a high-growth environment for a brand generating roughly $20M–$50M in annual revenue.
• Direct experience across multiple operational functions including supply chain, inventory, 3PL/fulfillment, customer support operations, creative, and growth teams.
• Proven experience building a department, function, operating system, hiring process, reporting infrastructure, or other business capability from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of physical-product operations including lead times, purchase orders, landed costs, inventory, fulfillment, manufacturing, and 3PL relationships.
• Proven experience hiring, onboarding, managing, developing, and exiting team members.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Notion, spreadsheets, and AI productivity tools.
• Analytical and diagnostic mindset with hands-on willingness to work directly in spreadsheets and systems.
• Strong process-design capabilities to create scalable systems.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with curiosity and solution orientation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills to establish accountability.
• Builder mentality with preference for scalable systems and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end back-end operations including supply chain, inventory, 3PL/fulfillment, returns, vendor management, and agency coordination.
• Build and maintain scalable operating systems, processes, and SOPs with clear ownership and accountability.
• Establish an operational knowledge base in Notion and continuously improve processes as the business scales.
• Develop accurate inventory systems of record, PO calendars, and processes to improve visibility and stock availability.
• Create reporting and a single source of truth for weekly leadership metrics and operational KPIs.
• Establish vendor and agency scorecards to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Identify missing organizational functions, define roles, recruit, and onboard new hires.
• Build a team of 4–6 functional leaders who can operate independently.
• Create repeatable hiring pipelines and onboarding systems with accountability mechanisms.
• Translate decisions into written specifications with owners, deadlines, and completion criteria.
• Diagnose operational issues by tracing root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Build infrastructure for eventual transition to broader COO responsibilities.
