Job summary

adidas in Amsterdam seeks a Trading Manager to develop the Partner Program and drive live partner businesses across online wholesale accounts and marketplaces.

You will implement account strategy, working with the Pillar lead and Wholesale teams to ensure strong performance and cross-functional alignment.

The role requires 3+ years in merchandising eCom & retail, fluency in English, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; English fluency required.
• Minimum 3 years in merchandising eCom and retail.
• Experience in account management and business development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Partner Program proposition in Europe for accounts including ranging strategy, forecasting, reporting and in-season management.
• Define the account strategy for current and future Partner Program accounts with Pillar lead.
• Support the integration of new strategic accounts with Partner Acceleration team.
• Represent assigned accounts internally towards all functions, ensuring collaboration across the end-to-end Partner Program Trading process.
• Lead interface with Partner Program partners, driving brand and commercial success.
