Job summary

OTC Flow, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Sales Trader for the Eastern European market. You will build your own client portfolio, provide strategic trade solutions, and engage in outreach through cold calling and meetings to meet environmental compliance goals.

You will act as the go-to expert, delivering daily pricing and market insights while staying ahead of trends, with a vibrant international team in the heart of Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Strong financial background with interest in markets and commodities.
• Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Hungarian or another Eastern European language is essential.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles such as broker or sales trader is desirable.
• Experience with cold calling and prospecting is advantageous.
• Commercial mindset with entrepreneurial spirit and high ambition.
• Results-driven attitude with resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow client base through direct prospecting, including cold calling.
• Engage with clients via phone, online, and in-person meetings to understand their needs.
• Identify and execute trade opportunities for clients.
• Provide daily pricing and market insights to clients.
• Stay updated on market trends and new developments in products.
• Meet and exceed revenue (PnL) targets and promote OTC Flow’s services.
