Job summary

Orbital Eye is seeking an Earth Observation & Geospatial Data Analyst to strengthen its Operations team. You will work with customer-specific geospatial data, configure COSMIC-EYE, and ensure deployments align with customer workflows and reporting needs.

The role involves analyzing satellite imagery, translating requirements into monitoring configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable insights for operators managing critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geography, GIS, Remote Sensing, Earth Observation, Geomatics, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
Experience with geospatial data, GIS software, satellite imagery, infrastructure data, or operational mapping workflows.
English proficiency (written and spoken) required; additional European languages are assets.

Responsibilities

Support the successful deployment of COSMIC-EYE for new and existing customers.
Work with customer-specific infrastructure data, maps, routes, monitoring zones, and reporting requirements.
Translate customer needs into practical monitoring configurations and workflows.
Analyze satellite imagery and geospatial data to support customer operations.
Validate and enrich detections to ensure accurate, relevant, actionable reports.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Product, and AI teams to improve customer outcomes.
Support onboarding, implementation, and continuous improvement of monitoring services.
Choose a track: project management in the Set-up team or operations development to enhance automation and tooling.
