Job summary

GAMIN.GAMINE. in The Netherlands seeks a senior e-commerce leader to own commercial performance for Subscription and E-shop businesses. You will connect data, products, customers, marketing and operations to identify growth opportunities and drive actionable outcomes.

You will work directly with the Founder on priorities, manage growth channels including Meta Ads and CRO, and optimize stock planning with Product & Logistics. English required; French a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital business, commercial performance or a similar role.
• Professional English required. French is a plus.
• Experience with Shopify, subscription e-commerce, Meta Ads, CRO, fashion/retail, UGC or forecasting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, conversion, AOV, margin, profitability and key business KPIs.
• Build forecasts, analyse performance and give clear recommendations.
• Work directly with the Founder on commercial priorities and growth decisions.
• Identify and activate new growth opportunities in CRO, merchandising, pricing and commerce.
• Develop Baluchon's commercial potential with new offers, channels and growth opportunities.
• Manage relationship and performance of Meta Ads agency, monitor CAC and ROAS.
• Collaborate with Marketing on UGC needs and content for launches and paid campaigns.
• Translate commercial plans into stock requirements with Product and Logistics.
