Job summary

Naïf is seeking an Ecommerce Lead to own and optimize the webshop across NL, BE, DE and AT. You will manage product content from our PIM into Shopify, localize launches, and ensure a strong digital shelf with SEO and analytics.

You will collaborate with the Campaign Lead and agency to steer paid media and seasonal campaigns. You will also own CRM flows in Klaviyo, analyze GA4 data, and run CRO/A/B testing to improve conversion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running a webshop, including at least 1 year hands-on in the Shopify admin
• Experience aligning ecommerce with marketing and campaigns
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a real plus

Responsibilities

• Run naifcare.com across NL, BE, DE, AT, handling theme sections, navigation, search, and collection setups
• Own product content end to end from PIM (Plytix) to Shopify with full localization
• Own on-site SEO and the digital shelf, including structured data and category/pages copy
• Maintain technical health: URLs, redirects, page speed, sitemap, tracking and consent
• Manage app landscape and costs; monitor and optimize
• Continuously test and improve checkout path and onsite UX; run CRO/A/B tests
• Own CRM and loyalty in Klaviyo: flows, segmentation, newsletters and subscriptions
• Lead paid media direction with Campaign Lead and agency; manage budget
• Align promo calendar with campaign/trade calendars; ensure campaigns run smoothly
• Dive into GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and GSC; present monthly updates on changes
