Job summary

Hunkemöller is offering an internship in E‑Commerce – Webshop Coordination. You will manage webshop content through our CMS, update banners and campaign assets, and support daily operations.

You’ll learn how customer journeys impact conversion and help optimize user experience across the webshop and app. Ideal candidates are in their 3rd/4th year of HBO/Bachelor's, excited about e-commerce, with strong data interest, organised, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd/4th year HBO/Bachelor's, preferably in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, online marketing, customer experience, and digital retail.
• Enjoy working with data and learning how customer behaviour translates to opportunities.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive and collaborative across teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week, preferably 40.
• Seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and updating webshop and app content via CMS: banners, promos, landing pages, assets.
• Analyze customer journeys and webshop performance; suggest conversion improvements.
• Coordinate translations, design briefings, and stakeholder reviews.
• Support E-commerce day-to-day webshop operations and special projects.
