Job summary

Hunkemöller B.V. is offering an Internship in E-Commerce - Webshop Coordination. You will manage and update webshop content via CMS, analyze customer journeys, and support daily operations on a fast-paced retail platform.

Joining a large retail team, you will coordinate translations, design briefs and stakeholder reviews while learning to convert data into commercial opportunities. This role is ideal for a student in the 3rd or 4th year of HBO/Bachelor's, with strong English skills and the drive

• Strong interest in E-commerce, online marketing, customer experience and digital retail
• Organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Available for internship of at least 32 hours per week, preferably 40 hours
• Desire to contribute and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and update webshop and app content through CMS (homepage banners, promos, landing pages, campaign assets)
• Analyze customer journeys and webshop performance; suggest improvements to conversion and UX
• Coordinate content tasks (translations, design briefings, stakeholder reviews)

Internship E-Commerce - Webshop Coordination

• Managing and updating webshop and app content through our Content Management System (CMS), including homepage banners, promotional content, landing pages, and campaign assets.
• Learn how to analyze customer journeys and webshop performance, and contribute ideas to improve conversion and user experience.
• Coordinating content-related tasks such as translations, design briefings, and stakeholder reviews.
• Supporting the E-commerce team with day-to-day webshop operations and special projects.

About you!

• You are currently enrolled in the third or fourth year of an HBO/Bachelor's degree, preferably in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in E-commerce, online marketing, customer experience, and digital retail.
• You enjoy working with data and are eager to learn how customer behaviour translates into commercial opportunities.
• You are organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You are proactive and enjoy collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.
• You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• You are available for an internship of at least 32 hours per week, preferably 40 hours.

Eligibility Criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2027.

Your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship.

Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply: You are an EU citizen, You are on a Family/Partner visa, or You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
