Job summary

Hunkemöller is offering a Best Internship in Retail in the Netherlands. You will manage webshop content via CMS, analyze customer journeys to boost conversion, and coordinate translations and design briefs while supporting day-to-day webshop operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll join a structured internship with a buddy, trainings, and a clear path to hands-on experience in retail. The program includes WFH options, an allowance, and travel support as part of the package.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of HBO/Bachelor's in a related field.
• You have strong interest in E-commerce, online marketing and digital retail.
• You enjoy data and turning customer behaviour into opportunities.
• You are organized and can manage multiple tasks.
• You are proactive and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• You have excellent English written and spoken.
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week (prefer 40).
• You want hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update webshop and app content through CMS.
• Analyze customer journeys and webshop performance; suggest improvements.
• Coordinate translations, design briefings and stakeholder reviews.
• Support E-commerce team with daily webshop operations and special projects.
