Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the third or fourth year of an HBO/Bachelor's degree, preferably in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in E-commerce, online marketing, customer experience, and digital retail.
• Enjoy working with data and learn how customer behaviour translates into commercial opportunities.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and collaborative with different teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Available for an internship of at least 32 hours per week, preferably 40 hours.
• Seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and updating webshop and app content through the CMS (banners, promos, landing pages, campaign assets).
• Learn to analyse customer journeys and webshop performance and suggest improvements for conversion and UX.
• Coordinate content tasks like translations, design briefings, and stakeholder reviews.
• Support E-commerce team with day-to-day webshop operations and special projects.
