Job description

Help design, build and continuously improve the client's online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Key Responsibilities

• Dataverse Detailed Data Modeling (Field-Level): Design and document the Dataverse field-level data model, including attributes, metadata, custom entities, option sets, and lookups.
• Ensure the model accurately reflects business semantics, integration requirements, and technical constraints.
• Define field-level configurations, including option sets and lookup fields, required to support seamless integration with upstream/downstream systems.

Functional Integration Design

• Develop a comprehensive Functional Integration Design Document (FIDD) detailing data flows between Kafka, APIs, and Dataverse, event triggers and data transformation logic, mapping rules, business validations, and exception handling.
• Ensure alignment with business process flows, functional use cases, and source system mappings.

Key Deliverables

• Dataverse Detailed Data Model – including Entity-Relationship Diagrams and Field Definitions.
• Functional Integration Design Document.
• Field Mapping Specifications – source-to-target data mapping.
• Data Flow Diagrams and Process Maps.
• Configuration Handoff Package for Dynamics 365 team.
• Functional Integration Test Scenarios and Acceptance Criteria.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Dataverse architecture, entity modeling, and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in functional integration design for enterprise systems, especially in event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka, Azure Functions, and Dynamics 365 configuration.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
