Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam is offering an Internship Duty Management position in the NH City Centre Amsterdam. You will rotate through all departments to learn the hotel business and then take on the Manager on Duty role as part of the management team.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, addressing questions, comments and complaints with a guest-centric approach. The internship emphasizes hands-on learning, service excellence, and collaboration with a dynamic Front Office

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and service-oriented person.
• Flexible but firm when needed.
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Decisive with a solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• During internship you will rotate through all departments to gain broad hotel industry exposure.
• You will independently fulfil the role of Manager on Duty and be the first contact for guests.
• Assist guests with questions, comments and complaints and support other departments as needed.
