Hotelprofessionals - The July Twenty Eight zoekt een Duty Management Stagiair die gastvrijheid centraal stelt en proactief meedenkt met het team.

Tijdens de stage ondersteun je bij de frontoffice, verzorg je guest services en help je bij het in- en uitchecken, terwijl je attent reageert op reviews en feedback.

Qualifications

• Er is geen minimale opleiding vereist.
• Je beheerst Engels.

Responsibilities

• Je start je dienst met een briefing met collega’s en bespreekt de dag. Je tourt door het pand en meldt technische issues.
• Aan de receptie help je waar nodig, verwelkomt vroege aankomsten en bereidt gastdiensten voor.
• Je beantwoordt reviews op een persoonlijke en zorgzame manier.

DUTY MANAGEMENT INTERN

Always one step ahead? Detail-oriented and searching for a responsible internship where optimal guest experience is the focal point? Then the Duty Management internship is truly for you!

Are you still with us?

Great! We'd love to take you through a day in the life of our Duty Intern.

You start your shift with a briefing with your colleagues. Together you discuss the day ahead. How many check-ins are planned? Do any guests have special requests? You also exchange ideas on how to create little surprises to make our guests feel even more at home.

After the briefing, you take a tour of the property. You make sure everything looks perfect and report any technical issues if needed. On the way, you stop by housekeeping for a quick chat and a coffee, while checking which rooms will be cleaned that day.

Back at the front desk, you assist wherever you are needed. Maybe you help welcome early arrivals, prepare for guest amenities, or update guest information. Just when you think you have a moment to breathe, you notice new reviews waiting for your attention, and you respond with care and a personal touch.
