StudentJob zoekt een Duty Management Stagiair in Amsterdam. Je begint de dag met een briefing, loopt door het pand en zorgt dat alles er tiptop uitziet. Je assisteert bij de receptie, verwelkomt gasten en verwerkt amenity-verzoeken. Je reageert op reviews en onderhoudt guest informatie met zorg.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor hoge gastvrijheid, collega-ondersteuning en navigating in een dynamische hotelomgeving. Een informele werksfeer en mogelijkheden tot persoonlijke groei worden geboden.

Qualifications

• Beheersing van Engels is vereist.
• Multitasking komt je natuurlijk toe.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel.

Responsibilities

• Bij briefing met collega’s bespreken jullie de dag en speciale verzoeken.
• Loop door het pand, signaleer technische issues en check rooms die op die dag schoongemaakt worden.
• Assisteer bij de receptie en verwelkom vroegere aankomsten, bereid guest amenities voor.
• Reageer vriendelijk op nieuwe reviews en beheer gastinformatie.

DUTY MANAGEMENT INTERN

Always one step ahead? Detail-oriented and searching for a responsible internship where optimal guest experience is the focal point? Then the Duty Management internship is truly for you!

Are you still with us?

Great! We'd love to take you through a day in the life of our Duty Intern.

You start your shift with a briefing with your colleagues. Together you discuss the day ahead. How many check-ins are planned? Do any guests have special requests? You also exchange ideas on how to create little surprises to make our guests feel even more at home.

After the briefing, you take a tour of the property. You make sure everything looks perfect and report any technical issues if needed. On the way, you stop by housekeeping for a quick chat and a coffee, while checking which rooms will be cleaned that day.

Back at the front desk, you assist wherever you are needed. Maybe you help welcome early arrivals, prepare for guest amenities, or update guest information. Just when you think you have a moment to breathe, you notice new reviews waiting for your attention, and you respond with care and a personal touch.
