The position is full-time with paid training and relocation assistance. Start dates are 2 February 2026 or 16 February 2026, and shifts are rotative, Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00.

Qualifications

• Dutch (fluent/native level).
• English at least B2 level.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries via multiple channels.
• Collaborate with international team to ensure high service levels.
