A leading international BPO in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists. The role offers on-site work with remote options within Portugal and a full relocation package to help you move to sunny Lisbon.

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them by phone, email, or chat. The package includes flight tickets, accommodation options, private health insurance from day one, paid training, and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch at high proficiency and good English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions.
• Work as part of an international team.
