FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. The role covers on-site support with remote options within Portugal, and a relocation package is provided.

You will be the primary contact for Dutch customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering practical help without over-scripted talk. Flight tickets and housing options are included to help you settle in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You’re based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions.
