Job summary

Avedo - Eine Marke der Ströer X GmbH is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support (m/f/d) on a fully remote freelance basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling orders, returns, products, and the overall shopping experience.

All training is remote (5 days) before you go live, with ongoing onboarding and support from day one. Join a growing international freelancer network with real development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (written and spoken).
• Good English for internal communication and training.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer contact.
• Self-motivated with discipline for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Inbound calls and written customer communication (email/chat) in Dutch.
• Order management, returns processing, and general customer inquiries.
• Providing product information and shopping advice.
• Accurate documentation of each case in the CRM system.
• Close collaboration with the team and Team Lead.

What you’ll do

You’re the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers – handling their questions around orders, returns, products, and their overall shopping experience.

In detail:

• Inbound calls and written customer communication (email/chat) in Dutch
• order management, returns processing, and general customer inquiries
• providing product information and shopping advice
• accurate documentation of each case in the CRM system
• close collaboration with your team and Team Lead

Requirements

What you bring

• first experience in customer service – ideally in an e-commerce, fashion, or contact center environment
• native-level Dutch (written and spoken) – this is a must
• good English skills for internal communication and training
• strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for customer contact
• self-motivation and discipline for independent remote work
• stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• comfortable working with CRM tools and digital systems
• ideally previous experience in a call center environment
