Cello Square by Samsung SDS Europe in Tilburg, Netherlands, is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to provide administrative HR and general management support for our Logistics Operations. You will work with the HR Support team and HR Business Partner to deliver fast, accurate service to management and employees.

Qualifications

• MBO-4 level education required.
• At least 3 years of HR administration experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Proficient MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate execution of HR administration activities, including contracts and system setup.
• Provide support across HR processes, including recruitment and sickness absence management.
• Act as first point of contact for HR process inquiries (performance management, competency evaluations).
• Prepare monthly reporting for defined HR KPIs and ad hoc requests.
• Manage Time & Attendance administration, reporting and follow-up activities.
• Maintain up-to-date administration within systems related to pensions, health services, insurances, Workday, and GHRPS.
• Support the monthly payroll process for NL and six smaller countries.
• Assist with performance management cycles, payroll administration, and exit processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR administrative processes.
• Support initiatives for a positive workplace culture, including social activities and internal newsletters.
