Hunter Douglas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join UniLux in Boxtel. You will be the primary contact for business customers, guiding them through their journey and ensuring an outstanding service experience.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries by phone and email, offering product advice on measuring, installation, and maintenance, processing orders, and building lasting relationships. This is an on-site role requiring five days in-office in Boxtel.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, with strong verbal and written skills.
• Experience in a customer-focused role is advantageous.
• Clear communicator who explains things simply.
• Customer-oriented, solution-focused, and accurate in work.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable with computers and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide product advice on measuring, installation, and maintenance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Proactively contact customers regarding orders and issues.
• Process orders accurately and on time in our systems.
• Assist with workshops or product presentations for customers.
• Monitor agreements and service levels.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Handle objections clearly to meet customer needs.
