Job summary

Hunter Douglas, a world-leading window coverings manufacturer, seeks a HR Advisor to support Leek, Hoogeveen and Oudenbosch sites, ensuring effective HR policy implementation and compliance.

You will provide expert guidance on absence management, employee relations, performance management and employment law, while coaching managers and driving cultural change.

The role is full-time, based mainly at Leek/Hoogeveen with travel to Oudenbosch every two weeks; fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable advisory HR experience in the Netherlands.
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch employment law and GDPR.
• Strong coaching and change management skills.
• Ability to advise managers and employees at all levels.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert employee relations advice to site leaders and managers.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and HR policies.
• Coach leaders through cultural change and performance issues.
• Support absence and performance management processes.
• Partner with HRBPs to deliver strategic people initiatives.
• Maintain organizational charts and HR data accuracy.
