Corpay One, Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking a Dutch-speaking Business Development Associate for our Cross-border payments division.

You will build and grow your own portfolio of high-value corporate clients, engaging directly with C-suite decision makers at mid-to-large businesses, helping them manage their FX and cross-border payment needs. You will report to the Managing Director of Netherlands and collaborate with the Alpha Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required due to regular engagement with clients across the Benelux region and international teams.
• Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with C-suite executives.
• Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly in a high-performance sales environment.
• Ambition and motivation to develop personally and professionally.
• Emotional intelligence to manage relationships across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify potential clients to build a database of leads.
• Own the telephone to engage with C-level executives across sectors.
• Understand clients’ businesses and demonstrate how Alpha solutions can solve their problems.
• Collaborate with analysts to present risk management and payment solutions.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Learn to operate independently for a large client portfolio over time.
