Job summary

The client in Greece seeks Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international team and assist customers for a leading automotive group. You will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing information about vehicles and services, and resolving inquiries with support from a multinational team.

No automotive experience? You’ll receive full training before you start, and there is a full relocation package to Greece.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Dutch and strong English (spoken and written).

About The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with a wide range of automotive-related enquiries. Whether you’re providing information about vehicles, assisting with connected services or resolving customer concerns, you’ll play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

No automotive experience? No problem. You’ll receive full training before you get started.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include

Requirements

• Experience or an interest in the automotive industry is a plus

Important: To be eligible for this role you must already hold either an EU passport or a valid Greek work and residence permit. Unfortunately applications requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered.
