Job summary

Nostrion is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with Dutch-speaking customers, leading discovery sessions and training in Dutch from our Netherlands base (Utrecht/Leusden). You will translate customer needs into concrete AI use cases, build prototypes, and collaborate with engineers to scale pilots into production, ensuring value and adoption across client workflows.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Able to build and debug working solutions and connect systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar domains.
• Experience with customer-facing work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops in Dutch.
• Identify valuable AI applications with domain specialists.
• Translate problems into use cases and success criteria.
• Build prototypes, integrations, and proofs of concept.
• Test with real users and assess usability and impact.
• Collaborate with engineers to turn pilots into production capabilities.
• Guide users through changes and provide practical training.
