CORUM Investments in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Manager to lead outbound sales in the Netherlands, combining business development with strategic insight to engage high-net-worth individuals and guide investments in CORUM funds.

You will join the Dutch sales team reporting to the Sales Director Netherlands, collaborating with international teams while driving growth, brand presence, and long-term relationships across the Dutch market. Remote work up to two days per week may be available.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in financial services sales or business development.
Experience in asset and wealth management; experience with alternative investment products is a plus.
Hunter mindset with a proven track record in winning new business and managing full sales cycles.
Experience working in an international matrix organisation.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, ownership mindset with urgency and accountability.
Excellent influencing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Native-level Dutch and fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

Develop outbound sales strategy for the Netherlands in line with CORUM's objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, and growth levers in the mass-market segment.
Develop and professionalise the local sales function for efficiency and scalability.
Achieve sales targets, KPI objectives, and budget goals.
Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and international teams to ensure consistent messaging.
