CB Talents is seeking a Dutch Recruiter to manage candidate sourcing, screening, and selection. You will lead end-to-end recruitment pipelines, interact with international talent, and help match candidates with top career opportunities.

The role offers a 6-month contract with a 30-day trial, full-time hours (40 per week), and relocation support for international candidates. Benefits include health insurance and a daily meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level proficiency in Dutch with strong professional English communication skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work/residence permit.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or candidate evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and interview candidates fluent in Dutch for various talent pipelines.
• Track candidate progress through selection phases and maintain applicant data.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment pipelines and interact with international talent.
