Job summary

KRUSH Labs in Eindhoven, Netherlands, is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join its HR department, reporting to the HR Director. You will own the monthly Dutch payroll cycle, ensuring all data, salaries, overtime, allowances, and other payments are accurate and processed on time.

You will work with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers, using Excel and HRIS tools to analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and prepare monthly reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Dutch payroll experience.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with Dutch payroll software/HRIS.
• Good communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly Dutch payroll cycle, including deadlines and validations.
• Collect and maintain monthly payroll data: overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, employees, and external payroll providers.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and analyses using Excel and HRIS tools.
• Maintain payroll/HRIS systems and records, supporting updates and migrations.
• Support payroll automation and process improvements to increase efficiency.
