Job summary

KRUSH Labs in Eindhoven, Netherlands, is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join the HR team, reporting to the HR Director. You will coordinate the monthly Dutch payroll cycle, ensure accuracy of salaries, overtime, allowances, and other payments, and process on time.

You'll work with HR, Finance, employees, and external payroll providers, using Excel and payroll/HRIS systems to analyze data, prepare monthly reports, and drive process improvements as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Dutch payroll experience.
• Education in Payroll, HR, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly Dutch payroll cycle, including deadlines, validations, and closing.
• Collect and maintain monthly payroll data: overtime, allowances, bonuses, holiday pay, deductions.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, employees, and external payroll providers to ensure timely processing.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports using Excel and HRIS tools.
