Fluent Dutch and English are required, with German as a plus; P&L ownership, strong leadership, and customer focus are essential for strong market results.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with a proven track record in growth strategies.
• Experience driving Dutch market growth across multi-channel sales.
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing and service operations for building material products.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German is an advantage.
