Job summary

AURELIUS AG is expanding its Growth operations in Benelux and seeks a Managing Director (m/f/d) to take full end-to-end responsibility for investments throughout the holding period. You will lead on-site teams, define strategy and efficiency measures, and drive value creation across portfolio companies and at holding level.

Travel is extensive but relocation is not required. You will shape financing structures, steer workstreams, and accompany exits with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset

Qualifications

• Extensive operational leadership with P&L accountability (eight-figure) in a mid-cap setting.
• Experience in private equity, value creation, and portfolio management.
• Background in strategy consulting with transformation expertise.
• Strong analytical, decisive, hands-on leadership and communication skills.
• University degree in business, science, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for AURELIUS Growth investments across the holding period.
• Lead on-site management teams and act as the contact for operational/strategic matters.
• Define strategy, team, and on-the-ground efficiency measures; steer workstreams.
• Optimize financing structure of each investment and guide exit processes at holding end.
